1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of concluding the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. 2. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you promptly and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. If you have requested that the services commence during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount that is in proportion to the services performed up to the time you have informed us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with respect to this contract in comparison to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract. If proof of the opportunity to conclude a contract or for the brokerage of a contract has been provided, this corresponds to the total scope of the service.
3. Special Notes
Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the contract is fully performed by both parties at your express request before you have exercised your right of withdrawal.
